Psalms 119:18
Open thou mine eyes,
that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
Today, I am thankful for God's Word. I am thankful that I don't have to wonder what God would say to me, because I can open my Bible and know exactly what He wants me to know. I love studying the great treasures that it holds. I love learning the heart of my Lord and Savior. I am thankful that I live in a country in which I am free to own and study my own copy of God's Word. I know that this is not a freedom that is enjoyed the world over, so I do not take this freedom lightly. I am thankful that God gave us His Word to lead us and to guide us. I am thankful that God gave us the Bible!
